Very convenient location close to the station and konbini around. Easy to access and excellent customer services, very responsive and welcoming. The room was also comfortable, it’s worth it for the price so I recommend it.

Location is great 5 mins walk after got off airport bus Many restaurants in neighborhood not as crowded as in Namba or Umeda Convenient to get around other places by train

The seamless easy check in check out. The room we booked is also large as compared to other hotels at similar prices.

We decided to book this hotel after having a horrible first night in a different hotel, the stay here was fantastic, everything was as we wanted, this was the 2nd Daiwa Roynet hotel we have stayed at and will continue to stay in them, the location of this one was perfect being 2 minutes walking from a metro station and shopping centre, rooms had a big bathroom for hotel standards.

Staff are super friendly. Check in process was smooth. They know a little English. Helped us with dinner reservation. The room was clean. Was to my surprise, which I didn’t realized until the end of my stay the shower head, hair dryer, and hair curl are branded ReFa. Which is very high end.

I love it is close to the station and resturants, the staff are friendly. Our stay was pleasantly good we will definetly book again on our next trip to Osaka. This is our second time to stay at this hotel which means we really like it.

Very nice location! Good room and wonderful staff. I made a reservation for a smoking room by mistake, nevertheless, the staff was very kind to change my reservation to a non-smoking room. Staff at the reception made sure all my requests and needs were fully covered and that exceeded my expectations! Thanks a lot!

Location is excellent. Just a block away from Sheraton Miyako where the limo bus station is located. Near metro line & kintetsu line. Restaurants around the hotel area. Walking distance to Don Quijote.

Location is very convenient to restaurants, stores, malls, and train/subway stations. Room is excellent, they clean everyday, changing towels,robes, and toiletries daily. Staffs are all respectful and helpful. Overall- it’s a thumbs up.
